We usually start our tour at Curzon Hall at Dhaka University to meet with the students. Close to this place is the Language Martyr's Memorial. This is a great start to insightful conversations with Bangladeshi people.

Then, to see the true religious diversity of Bangladesh, we continue our tour to Dhakeshwari temple to get in touch with Hindu devotees. We will also visit the Star Mosque whith its beautiful marble interior, as well as the 400-years-old Armenian Church.

As part of Dhaka's "must-see" architectural wonders, we'll take you to the Lalbagh Mogul Fort. Close to this place is a local restaurant with one of the best khichuri dishes of the city.

For museum lovers, we can also visit Ahsan Manzil (Pink Palace), the National Museum and/or the Liberation War Museum. The National Assembly building will show you an unusual style of architecture. On the way you will find some handicraft shops to buy yourself souvenirs or a local stylist dress, but if you're interested we can also organize a visit to a saree shop where you can be dressed up like a Bangladeshi mohela. Or, look around at a shop with crafts made from rickshaw art.

To end our day, we will reach Sadarghat (Port of Dhaka) to join the traffic on the Buriganga River, where we have a chance to catch a beautiful urban sunset over the river, and enjoy a walk along the narrow streets of Shankhari Bazaar to see and smell the real taste of Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh.

Unfortunately we can't visit everything in Dhaka in one day, so according to your wishes, opening hours, and traffic, we can swap or add activities based on your interests.
