Day 1: Dhaka – Chittagong
Day 2: Sightseeing Chittagong and journey to Cox's Bazar
Day 3: Day trip to Teknaf, stay at Cox's Bazar
Day 4: Cox's Bazar – Bandarban
Day 5: Hiking & Tribal Villages
Day 6: Back to Dhaka
Day 1: From Dhaka, prepare for an early morning departure for Chittagong by train. We will enjoy our first sunset of the trip by relaxing at Patenga beach. Chittagong, the second largest city of Bangladesh, has the largest seaport in the country.
Day 2: Enjoy more sightseeing in Chittagong, such as the Chatteswari temple, Ethnological museum, followed by a journey to Inani beach in Cox's Bazar, where we will have enough time to meet our host family and relax at an almost private beach to enjoy another sunset.
Day 3: We take a day trip to Teknaf, which includes a stop at the famous Mathiner's Kup (a well) and time along the banks of Naf River (divider of Bangladesh and Myanmar). We will visit Bangladesh's most southern tip at Teknaf beach before returning to Cox's Bazar for sunset. In the evening, we will roam around the Burmese Market.
Day 4: We journey to Bandarban by private truck along a wonderful route through the hills.
Day 5: All day, we will soak in the gorgeous nature of Bandarban, at the heart of the Chittagong Hill Tracts, by visiting tribal villages while hiking through lush green hills with amazing views.
Day 6: Arrive back to Dhaka where we will say goodbye and wish you a happy journey to your next destination. As we say in Bangla, Abar Ashben!
